Host: Eastside High School Swimming Eagles

Facilities: Morgan County Aquatic Center 8 Lane, Colorado Timing, Limited seating, Please bring a camp style chair

Eligibility: High School Swimming


Entries: Entries need to be received by November 30,2018. Please send entries via email to: Deanna O'Brien Obrien.deanna@newton.k12.ga.us and to Tom Hanson hansonvisual@bellsouth.net Hy tek Entries ENTRIES: Each team will have unlimited entries. Each swimmer may enter a maximum of four events, no more than two of which may be individual events

Entry Fees: $200 flat fee for team

Format: Heats arranged slowest to fastest. All entries without a time submitted (NT) will be placed in the first (slowest) heats.

Late Entries: Late Entries received after the 11/30/18 deadline will result in $250 flat fee.

Order of Events: Standard high school event schedule

Scoring: Scoring will depend on the number of schools participating. However, in most cases first through sixth places will be scored in each individual and relay event. Scoring for individual events will be 7-5-4-3-2-1 and 14-10-8-6-4-2 for relay events

Awards: Heat Winner Awards will be awarded to the 1st place swimmer or team in each event

Concessions: Concessions will be available

Behavior: We are guests of the Morgan County Aquatic center. Please make every effort to keep the facilities clean. No colored drinks of any kind on the pool deck. Trash must be placed in the trash cans. Please remind your swimmers that we are the guests of the MCAC and that they should conduct themselves properly and clean up after themselves before leaving. Coaches are responsible for their teamsí areas and to make sure that it is clean upon leaving.

Warm Up: Warm-up times and lanes will be assigned based on team size and distance from site.

MeetSchedule: 9AM warm-ups, 10AM meet start
